Villa Bertelli, located in via Giuseppe Mazzini n. 200, in the Vittoria Apuana of Forte dei Marmi, is a unique exhibition space in the Versilia panorama, the exhibition spaces on two floors allow you to host two separate exhibitions at the same time. In recent years there have been many important art exhibitions, both "personal" and collective, hosting the best artists of the moment and remembering important artists for our territory. Art can be a powerful vehicle to get people moving. Art is one of the strategic engines for making our artistic and cultural heritage known. Create opportunities for meeting and knowledge. It actively contributes to the construction of a network of international relations that allows the Foundation and the Municipality to bring the name of Forte dei Marmi to the world.
In this regard, the Villa Bertelli Foundation keeps within its spaces the only artistic heritage of the Municipality of Forte dei Marmi, the result of the legacy of the Dazzi family. This heritage called "Fondo Dazzi" brings together a collection of works, memorial albums, correspondence and materials that belonged to the Master Arturo Dazzi, a donation that includes over a thousand drawings, paintings, plaster casts, sketches and sculptures, some already placed in public squares and buildings.
The structure of Villa Bertelli is also in great demand for its conference room called the Winter Garden. Adequately equipped it allows the realization of courses and conferences up to a maximum of 150 people, moreover it is often used for public meetings with citizens. During the whole year the Municipal Council of the Municipality of Forte dei Marmi is held inside the Winter Garden, in addition to the usual meeting of a historic Cultural Association of Forte dei Marmi which holds a meeting every Monday promoting books and making related meetings to the Versilian territory.
